REVIEW: Monsters of Men by Patrick Ness
This was a great conclusion to a great series. Unpredictable, thought-provoking, emotional and hopeful.
I loved how each new book introduced a new perspective, and this one was absolutely incredible. Again, Ness' writing style is amazing, with each character a distinct voice. I loved all three main characters and really enjoyed seeing their thoughts and struggles. The plot was great and complicated, tactical, surprising.
In my opinion, this book was the best of the three. I loved the questions and issues it raised, showing yet again nothing - and no one - is ever just black and white. It might not be the best trilogy I have ever read, but it is one I will think about for a long time still.
